Overall, the property was clean and management was responsive. At 3:15 AM every morning, however, I was woken up by 30 minutes of yelling and stomping in the suite above me. Perhaps a recommendation to future guests to be courteous would be helpful! This is not management‘s fault. There was an unpleasant odor upon entering the unit, and they offered me to change the following day, but I had already unpacked so it wasn’t convenient.
Very convenient location for some of the art fairs for art Basel Miami- you can walk everywhere and one block to the beach!

The apartment is located in a very desirable and safe part of the south beach area and accessible to public transportation. However, the quality of the unit is just average.
