Place clean and cleaned every day.
towels changed every day.
Breakfast was basic but adequate.
Omelettes made to order.
Beds comfy.
Aircon very good and quiet. Easy to control.
Lift to third floor is small but fully functional.
Stairs available to go down and also as fire escape but not up, as it locks from the inside. ie pushbar.
Staff friendly and helpful. Not all spoke English but not a major issue.
Shower in bath needs replacing but worked ok.
Bath quite slippery and some with mobility issues might be at threat.
Felt safe and secure.
No keys or cards. Use of pin codes only for external gate and room. Might confuse some people, especially if inebriated...

We arrived late but got a very warm welcome from Susy. The location is excellent. The room was massive and the staff were great.

Highly recommend. Nice, clean, basic room in the heart of South Beach!

Nice room with small kitchen and everything we needed.
Only one block from South beach
Only negative was that they charged the deposit directly when we booked a year before and we got it back after our stay. Not easy to contact the hotel via email
