    We had our physical limitation. I told the front desk receptionist got us a room on the first floor, but they put us on the second floor far away from an elevator. This past early morning, the elevator was not working. We had to bring our stuff from the second floor to the first floor. old rotten bath towels. The hotel room is falling apart. On January 4th, we were not happy to stay at our hotel room #305 for one night.

    Manager, Rafael was nice, attentive and accommodating. The rooms were sizable enough and it came with a private bathroom, however, you might have to wait a long while to use the hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, they offer luggage storage and extra towels upon request. One upsetting thing however, is the fact that I got to pay an extra fee (residential fee) which was not mentioned at the time of my booking with agoda, and when I pressed further into this, I was told that agoda booked my reservation through a third party, Expedia, which I wasn't aware of. Overall, my stay was okay.

    Pros: location Cons: Room is freezing and you cant control the temperature or shut the vent. Bathroom was not clean - long hairs on the floor, toothpaste spit on the mirror, full length mirror also had fingerprints all over it. Front desk staff is rude and always will give you the stink eye and make you feel bad for asking for something like a towel or toilet paper. They are stingy with towels and only give you 1 towel in the room, not face towel or hand towel or 2nd towel unless you ask. They do not tell you there's a resort fee. Would not have booked here if I had known. it said all taxes and fees included when booked.
