I had an amazing time. Room , terrace, view- everything was terrific.

Booking through this app was problematic. Lots of information that was not transparent at the time of booking, or comminicated upon arrival. A private owner had to be called to authorize check-in. Extra charges for checking in after 8pm. Coffee maker and fridge/freezer didn’t work, no linens for the pullout bed,. It was very difficult to contact anyone who could help, and even when I could get in contact, they were not able to deal with the issues. The front desk at the hotel could not help, because the booking was through a separate service/private owner. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.

The hotel needs to upgrade the beds. The shower had hair in it! The rugs needed to be replaced. The young Latin guy at the front desk for the Sorenta was extremely rude and racist. You wouldn’t treat South FL like this to me. Checked in at 8-ish on Aug. 27th. I am a medical professional, and I have never experienced such a negative attitude. I will reach out to management. My company held its National Meeting here 2 years ago. This was the worst.
