Staff was amazing. The room was really nice. However, Prices were crazy on pretty much everything.
There seemed to surcharges for everything on top of an already expensive room rate. Cleaning the room surcharges, if you want a fridge surcharge, if you checkout after 11am, surcharge, Per night pre auth fees on top of the already paid for room rate that you are supposed to get back. 23% tip included in everything regardless if service is good or not. In the hundreds of US dollars for lunch. 2 beer, hot dog, wings and 2 sandwiches.. A bit ridiculous.
If money is no object to you then great place. But by far the most expensive place we have ever stayed for food and drinks.
We wouldn't go back simply based on pricing. But the resort is nice and the staff is incredible. Just not the best bang for you buck. We have been to just as nice as resorts at much more reasonable pricing.
