I Love the room but i dislike that the hotel tríes to charge you for every step you do. 130 dollars cleaning fee on check out and at the beach the from row is full of cabanas so unless you pay 300 extra you will not see the ocean. The staff is obsess checking that people don’t carry any food , nothing is allowed not even an apple.

The hotel ambience were great
The property didn’t have enough towels,
I contacted the owner several times so we can have hand, face and floor towels and I never received an answer.
The room didn’t have buckets for trash, no tissue,
Also the tv in the room never worked.
I was very disappointed because when I made the reservation I thought I will get basic hotel room services. I never thought I reserved a private apartment. Which you should tell future customers about this.
