You can bike to the beach(bikes not provided), walk to park, Ubers are a plenty as well if you don’t have a car.
Pool has a door that can be locked from house out to pool area. There is no safety gate out by the pool for kids. Kids will have to be supervised at all times.

We weren’t home much but we enjoyed it when we were. There were a few cold mornings, but managed to get a dip in. You have a great place.

The sheets were questionable, we found hair in the beds and they seemed to be older with little fuzz balls. The rest of the house was very clean
