Overall, it was a good place to stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Most of the interior of the house has been updated. Nice to have TV's in several rooms. The converted garage into a bedroom was large and good for the kids, though the window coverings didn't cover the windows so it was fairly bright whenever there was sunlight (even early in the morning). The exterior, pool, screened enclosure, and deck need significant updating. Because of the cold (for Florida) weather, we didn't use the screen enclosure much but might have used it more if it was nicer. The grill on the back lanai was great. Overall, it was good for what we needed but could use some considerable remodeling in certain areas (like what several neighboring homes were doing while we stayed there).

Our large family group enjoyed this house and the pool is a great way to keep our kids entertained in the hot Florida summer. Multiple rooms, plenty of beds and an open kitchen made it easy to enjoy as a family.

When I booked I didn't even look at the reviews, but on the night before we left I did. I got really nervous after reading the last one. I think that she must have stayed somewhere else because everything she said was total opposite for my family and I. The pics represent the home and what you will get. There is one room that the Brown leather couches were at, but they have changed them out with other couches. Still very nice and very comfortable and more seating than before. All the rooms were wonderfully decorated and beds comfortable. There were plenty of seating inside and out. The pool was very clean. It was a tad cold but if you use the poolcover at night or go to beach for the day leave it on all day. Pool will get warmer. There was plenty of utensils and pots and pans to cook meals with. The first night we arrived there was no propane and we had just spent 11 hrs in the car down there. The host was very responsive and and we had a new propane tank within about 30 minutes. My family and I made memories we will have a life time and we all felt very at home there. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable week

The owner of the home was wonderful very nice and welcoming. There were a few things that were wrong. When I informed the owner she was understanding and apologetic. My kids loved the pool and the house was a great set up for my family and dog.
