Walk to Jacksonville Beach, 10min to Mayo

Everything, super convenient to the ⛱️ Very clean, comfortable and they supply everything you need besides food and clothing. The owners or management are extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Very nice neighborhood! Will definitely book this place for now on coming to Jax

The washer and dryer was in the room downstairs and there wasn’t a tv in the room downstairs either

Lots of room for a big family and lots of privacy . Nice size to park your car. Area in the back to chill and a nice little kitchen . Great time for the price as well

It could use just a little more lighting in the room downstairs and the living room. Besides that all was great.

I love the fact that the property was close to the beach and everything was walking distance. The kitchen was nicely setup.

What I didn’t like about the property, was that the living room and bedroom furniture was out dated. One of the beds next to wash and dryer sits so low like you sleeping on a mattress on the ground. There was only 2 tv’s in the house. The stairs squeaks when you walk. The house needed to be pressure washed. The kids found a baby snake while playing in the yard. Big Lizards everywhere. The toilets flush slowly. Needs pest control cause we saw a couple of roaches and bugs around the house.
