Location was great and house was spacious and comfortable especially for an older beach house.
It had a nice deck and patio area.
Not complaining too much but some kitchen wash cloths and towels would have been nice.
It only had one towel per person for 3 nights and could have used a few more.
Toilet paper was limited and paper towels ran out fast. Had to use them to wipe down the outside chairs so we could use them. The fire pit needs a new bottom screen so you can use it and the charcoal grill food grate is in bad shape.
The only reason I mention these things is to make the next visitors more satisfied.

The location and the layout of the rooms. The kitchen was very spacious. Nice size back yard.
The first impression, yard was not mowed and second The front door was very dirty, made me worry about the inside. However, the inside was cute. There was a musky smell and a little warm when we first walked in at 3pm. We unloaded our vehicles turned the AC down and left for our plans. Figured it would give time for house to cool down. I called the number no one answered or called. I finally received a text. Offer to go stay elsewhere for a refund. We already unpacked, set up Cpap’s, and ate out (7) of us and it’s 9:30 pm. Where to find on several events at beach weekend. He offered to help find a place and sent a couple places too far from our plans. We stayed, opened windows and roughed it. Dead roaches were on dishes and in tub. I sent pics and asked for a partial refund. I receive text, “Hey. I can send you back $150 for the food and night”. My total was $470. Two twins weren’t slept in, part family left, so no showers for them or sofa beds weren’t touched. Yard wasn’t mowed and all bikes had flat tires. He sent $200. Said he didn’t have to….true! However, ACs do break; but …..opinions?
