Location was pretty to the theme park, and very spacious.
Screen on the back patio needs to get fixed and closed in better for the debris not to fall into the pool.

the size was good for a large family
it was very run down and needs to be updated. the bathrooms were gross - old and not clean. the hall bathroom has a broken soap dish that is porcelain in the tub. the kitchen sink faucet you could not turn off and the dishes in the cabinet did not seem clean. the kitchen trash can was broken. there were no sheet pans in the kitchen - homeowner did send some from Walmart.
the pool was not clean and the pool company did come to clean it after we arrived. the outside furniture and patio were so old and the roof on the patio attached to the screened in area has water damage and is bowing - very dangerous looking. water collects on the patio and an outlet is near the water and I think it is a possible dangerous situation and someone may get hurt - electrical shock.
there was garbage under the beds in the back bedroom (old chip bags etc) with the twins beds. the floor in there was disgusting- we mopped and swept upon arrival
