The Space:
Settle into a comfortable beach home with a layout that gives everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and is located less than a mile from the ocean, making it easy to enjoy the laid-back feel of beach living.
Downstairs, you’ll find the garage, a small living room, and two bedrooms. Upstairs features two additional bedrooms, the full kitchen, and the main living room, giving the home a nice mix of shared spaces and private areas.

Late Check-Outs & Early Arrivals
1-2 hours: $100
2-3 hours: $200
Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.
Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

We really enjoyed this property. While we were not there for vacation, the house is well suited for a beach vacation and is located in the heart of Jax Beach, placing all the amenities of the town within walking distance. It was very clean, modern and well equipped. Two of the bedrooms are on the first level and the master bedroom suite is upstairs. The kitchen was very nice. It was pet friendly and we took our little dogs for nice walks in the neighborhood. The owners have clearly thought of everything and have created a very comfortable and well equipped property.

We love this house. It suits our group perfectly. Great kitchen and dining layout. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and walking distance to the beach. The house is super quiet and so clean!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Andrew and Melody’s beautiful home! It’s an amazing location, had all the appliances you could ever need, and very thoughtfully designed! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay at the beach!

Overall, our stay was good. We have rented MANY houses over the years so we experienced many different home comfort levels. This house is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Which was great for our large group. The house was clean but the bedding linens/blankets lacked quality/substance. The house also had ZERO cleaning products, laundry items, extra trash bags, ziplocs, basic cooking spices and oils. Most houses have a supply left from the previous renter so you have something to start with. It was void of the basics. The garage (game room) was full of trash from some sort of project and not especially clean. The trash/recycle service was not on the schedule provided so our trash/recycling was overflowing. The grill was unusable. The smoke detectors needed batteries replaced as they would beep randomly. On the positive side, the house is a good size in a good location. It will sleep one couple with 4 kids or 2 couples with 3 kids. That would be comfortable level. The street is quiet. It wouldn't take much to make this a really great rental. Some chip clips, dryer sheets and a new grill and you are there!
