Welcome to Gigi's Retreat, one of the few Licensed Short-Term Vacation Rentals on the Windward side of Oahu. This three bedroom, three bath home with large swimming pool sits on .9 acres of Kailua Beachfront. The home has been recently refurbished with new furnishings, fixtures, appliances, linen and accessories making it clean, comfortable and refreshed. A beautiful, ocean front lawn separates the home from the ocean, offering quiet and privacy. Two miles of white sandy beach front the home - an ideal spot for swimming, bodysurfing, paddling and kite surfing.
The spacious rooms offer a flexible bedding arrangement that will appeal to groups of various sizes and makeup.
The Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1- (Primary) King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa split a/c, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (Sleeps 2-4)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, split a/c, en-suite bathroom, shower (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds and Twin sized Bunk Beds, split a/c, en-suite bathroom, shower (Sleeps 4-6)
This classic Kailua beachfront home is located on the Windward side of Oahu, 30 minutes from Honolulu and approximately 1 mile from the center of Kailua Town where guests will enjoy a variety of family-friendly restaurants, grocery and boutique shops. Cool, ocean breezes keep the home comfortable throughout the year. Newly installed air conditioning "split" systems have been added to all the bedrooms for extra evening comfort on those hot summer nights.

Gigi's Retreat was everything we could have expected plus much more! The layout of the home was perfect for us. The three bedrooms were located in separate parts of the house, which added a level of privacy, especially since each bedroom included ensuite bathrooms. The quality of kitchenware, appliances, etc. were top of the line and in ample supply. The central part of the home was composed of a large and generous "great room" where both my son and daughter could relax and entertain their children. The grounds, both oceanside and poolside, were fabulous and so well kept. The pool was a great hit with the children who also enjoyed the vast expanse of lawn, which stretched from the patio to the ocean and lovely beach. Steven, the property manager, quickly responded to the few questions we had during our stay. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Oahu.

My family had an amazing time at Gigi’s Retreat from hours spent poolside, convenient access to the beach, and the private grass lawn (perfect for throwing a ball around). The house has just the perfect decor and amenities for small to large families. We will be sure to reserve Gigi’s Retreat on our next trip to Oahu. Also, Steven (the property manager) was very hospitable and responsive to any questions during our stay.

would have given this property a full five rating on everything were it not for the airconditioning in one of the bedrooms not working from the beginning of our stay. The management moved quickly to fix but needed to order a part so we were without airco in this bedroom for the first half of our stay. It was something that should have been tested and known before our arrival. That said we loved everything else about the place as well as the management.
