Kailua Beach has been voted "Best Beach in the United States" by a variety of publications. Five bedrooms and five and half baths make this an ideal home to enjoy on your next Oahu visit. Large outdoor deck spaces provide the perfect place to relax in the sun or enjoy a barbecue while taking in the breathtaking views of the Bay. Kailua Beach offers 3 miles of fine, soft white sand along a crescent shaped bay bordered by clear turquoise waters which have a consistent year round temperature of about 75 degrees F (25 C). The steady off shore trade winds, water temperature and protective reef make this bay a popular area for all sorts of water sports including Kayaking, Stand-Up Paddling, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Swimming and Kite Surfing. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and up-to-date appliances. A large living area features picture windows facing the sea in addition to a comfortable media room for entertainment.
Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels, are a few of the amenities included.

The main living space, dining and kitchen areas are not air conditioned but as we are on the ocean, the home enjoys tradewinds year 'round.
With periodic restrictions for maintenance, guests may also enjoy the facilities of the Hale Kai Surf and Racquet Club with a swimming pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court (also used for pickleball) and clubhouse (generally available after 12noon to rental guests), located just steps away. This is a great, casual retreat at any time of the year.

We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children in Hawaii to celebrate our 50th anniversary. This home is beautiful and spacious, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there was plenty of space both inside and outside for our group. We especially enjoyed the wall of windows in the living room and dining room. Since we were coming from the Central Time Zone and up early, we really enjoyed watching the sun come up from those rooms. The beach is just a short walk from the house and both the neighborhood and the beach are in a quiet and safe area. There is a grocery store and Starbucks very close and Kailua Town is close also and easy to get to. We very much enjoyed our stay in Place in Paradise.

What a perfect location! On a peaceful, quiet street just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The house is laid out perfectly with plenty of common areas for gathering and dedicated bathrooms for each of the well-appointed bedrooms. All the cooking utensils you could ever need for the kitchen, and plenty of recreational beach equipment in the garage. Communication with property management was easy and accommodating, with any questions we had answered immediately. This property is a real gem!

This home was everything we had hoped for. Right on the beach, with beautiful sunrises. Home was clean and well stocked with needed items from kitchen appliances to beach items. The property manager was very helpful and available for any questions that came up. If you’re looking for a dream vacation, this is the place to go.
