This spectacular beachfront home offers two living spaces on the best part of Kailua Beach - known throughout the State as one of the most pristine white sand beaches - the perfect beach home for accommodating groups large and small. Both the main house (5 bedrooms) and the cottage (1 bedroom) have been extensively renovated by professional designers bringing new comforts to even the most discriminating travelers. Open living rooms invite natural light into the house, illuminating the rich wood furnishings and sleek granite countertops. The large, open kitchen and dining area are a chef's delight - with large bar counters and a variety of dining areas - indoors and out. With floor-to-ceiling windows in multiple rooms, and the sounds of the waves hitting the shoreline, the experience is like no other.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous home, in a quiet neighborhood. All furnishings and appliances were beautiful and in working condition. We were a party of 8, using both the main house and cottage. There was more than enough room to sprawl out -- inside and outdoors. Our hosts provided a ton of items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, spices and oils, coffee pods and ground coffee, beach towels, games and water sports equipment.We were especially surprised with the lovely gift basket, full of fruit and snacks.Alia was very pleasant, and easily reachable with any questions that came up. The only drawback was the lawn care crew that showed up unannounced at 8:30am with very loud power tools, and worked for about 90 minutes in the yard and patio areas. I don't recall being notified of this possibility.I would love to stay here again, and am grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

It was a beautiful home and great access to the beach . Our whole family loved it . I hope we get to come back again. Its very close to different restaurants etc.

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS PLACE!!! It was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. The host was exceptional and decorated for the season with a Christmas tree and music as we entered. We felt at ease from the moment we entered. This will be one of those memories of a lifetime.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location are amazing! It was so well stocked with everything you could need from beach toys to coolers to pack n plays!! The layout was perfect having the main house and the cottage! It fit our family of 13 so perfectly. The property was very clean and well maintained. The management company was great and there if we ever needed anything! We can’t wait to come back and stay again and will highly recommend this house to everyone! Close restaurants and grocery stores really it could not be better all around! It was a perfect home for our family vacation!
