This property is extremely unique in all of the best ways. The pool and hot tub are one of a kind and make you tempted to not walk to one of the world's best beaches only a few hundred feet away. Kailua Beach is fabulous and the house's location could not be better. Town center is only a mile away with everything you need or want there. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for including high end cooking ware, appliances, beach gear, etc. The best endorsement I could give is to say that we will definitely be back soon.

We booked this location for a work offsite as we have a small team and like to make our own meals. It was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking stuff we'd need, tons of board games to choose from, and the beach gear was amazing. Between co-working, it was great to be able to either hop in the pool or take a super short walk directly to the beach. The location felt very home-y, would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay. The pool and spa area was picturesque and amazing.. the proximity to the beach was great, and the small amenities from beach umbrellas to pool noodles made it an exceptional stay.

The location of this home is outstanding! The beach access is unmatched. We were able to run down to the beach so easily. All of the beach equipment was in the garage and so nice. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working the last four days of our stay, which was a bummer. We chose this house because it did have AC. It got a little uncomfortable in the main area of the home. All the upgrades they've made to the home are awesome but the kitchen really does need some upgrades, hopefully that area is next. Looks like they're remodeling a little at a time. The attention to detail of all the spaces that have been remodeled are amazing!
