Very nice property. Had great views of beach. It could probably use a good deeeep clean. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Kailua Beach is miles of uncrowded beach joy, perfect for my family. Thank you Florence for the steaks and treats enjoyed by all of us! The house is in need of routine maintenance-type fixes, several of which were scheduled to be completed immediately after we checked out. Our main concern was the poor patch job on a previous break in through the main floor master bedroom window (the only window that opens in that bedroom). It was sealed shut with plexiglass, so no window opening in that bedroom at all. It was unbearably hot even with several fans running. With proper window replacement and some general TLC, this would be a 5-star review of Kailua Beach Villa.
