Large 3 BR, 2.5 Bath on quiet family friendly beachside street, steps to private street access to beautiful Kailua Beach! Bamboo floor throughout, new kitchen and baths.

Split AC in all bedrooms.

Large covered lanai, pool, and hot tub. Open floor plan allows for fourth bedroom to be used for office, playroom or bedroom (with air mattress).
