Two bedroom, two bath private residence at the top of Lanikai with spectacular, panoramic views of the Kailua coastline. Feel on top of the world in this truly unique hilltop bungalow. Nestled just beneath the Lanikai Pillboxes, a popular hiking trail, Ko’oho’o provides unobstructed views of the Mokulua Islands and the deep blue Pacific beyond. A large lanai provides the perfect outdoor space to soak in colorful sunrises and to entertain your guests. Enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees and tropical foliage just off your lanai.
The lower living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, walk-in pantry, dining nook, living room, laundry room, full bathroom with deep-soaking ‘clawfoot' tub, and guest room with two extra-long twin beds.
Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite includes a walk-in closet and wet bar, an updated spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower, copper-wrapped soaking tub, double sinks, and a magnificent, unobstructed view of the ocean. This 400 sq ft suite also includes a large desk space with endless views - ideal for those who must check in with the office. The home is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet access and a large flat-screen Smart TV.

I don't even know if words can express how much my family and I loved this home. The home itself was a dream inside and out. The inside is so cozy which is very important to us and it had absolutely everything we needed for our almost 2 month stay here. We cook and bake alot and the kitchen was well stocked and most importantly the beds are so comfortable. Then outside and the views from this house are pure magic. When we weren't at the incredible beach or out exploring we spent hours sitting out on the porch just watching the water and listening to the birds. It was heaven. We loved that you can walk to the beach! And you are a close enough drive to Kailua for any grocery shopping, food or coffee. Its a great town! And to make everything even better, the team at Private Homes Hawaii is incredible to work with. We dealt with Haley and Kim and they were the best. They were so easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. My family and I travel the world alot so we have stayed in hundreds of different homes but I have to say, this was one of the rare ones that we were so sad to leave. It really feels like home!
