Location, home was done very nicely, host was quick to respond and easy to work with. All in all a very nice stay.
lighting was confusing, and many bulbs needed to be changed. Curtains in master bedroom, even though it was upstairs, would be good for female privacy...no problem for men.

We liked the location and it was adequate for our needs.
First of all, there was no place to put our luggage-they need luggage stands or somewhere to out them besides the floor which made it very difficult to access our things. We had to put them on the couch and bed and keep moving them to use the couch and bed. The bed was very soft and extremely uncomfortable. Two of the main windows which would have provided airflow through the studio were blocked off (for some privacy from the main house I would assume) and made it very stuffy inside. There was no screen door for the front door and that would have allowed for some cross air flow. The wifi never worked which was very disappointing -the only feedback from the owner on that issue was “it works when I use it”. All in all we thought it was a good location -but there is a school next to it so we are not sure how the noise level would be when school is in session. Also, the carport is right behind the studio where the bed is located so when a car pulls up from the main house it is noisy.
Overall it seems a bit pricey for what you get.
