Downstairs 3 bedroom 1 bath lockout unit also available. They can be connected as one space with 7 bedrooms and 3 baths. Rent both for larger families or groups traveling together. Nice, quiet neighborhood location with no through traffic. Close to quaint Kailua Town shopping and eateries and walking distance to Kalama Beach Park and Kailua Beach. Only 25 minutes to world class shopping, dining and entertainment in Waikiki, but insulated from the traffic and noise of Waikiki. Come find your island vibe here in Kailua!

Very comfortable and safe resident. Convenient location to multiple beaches (Kailua (Walking), Lanikai (10min), Waimanalo (30min), downtown Kailua (Walking), H3 and Pali Rd (to travel to other parts of island). Amenities were clean and complete. Full Kitchen, plus lots of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs. Easy access to laundry. Lots of room for parking. Cherie is responsive and easily reachable. Check-in and Check-out process were super easy and no fuzz. Highly recommend.

We stayed for the winter holidays and it was the perfect home base for us, our infant and our extended family. It's actually larger and better than even the photos suggest. New construction and appliances were top notch. In a quiet neighborhood around half a mile north of Kailua town where there is everything you need including groceries, a Target, lots of tacos. Of course Kailua beach is also 3/4 mile west--you can walk or drive, we always found parking near the beach even during busy times. Host was very friendly and responsive. Waikiki is around a 25-30 min drive. I went to three public, local golf courses that were within a 15 min drive.
