We really liked the practicality of being right by the beach and having easy access to pools, both indoor and outdoor. There are also several decent restaurants,

We loved staying right in front of the beach, with easy access to pools, including indoors (it rained on multiple occasions), and close to some stores for essentials. Sea Colony could do with some upgrading and updating of systems. Otherwise, highly recommendable for families with little kids.

Very nice unit. But had issues with freezer leaking water and wetting food in the refrigerator and dryer vent not attached and blew lint all over the laundry room.
