Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very comfortable, clean and nice home. Needed tv instructions, one didnt work, the other we managed to work out eventually even with teens. Big problem was that by the 3rd day of bad weather we had read all the books, played all the games and needed a movie evening only to discover parental controls locking everything including free movies or signing in to your own account and despite several calls to vacasa it was not resolved before we left. I wouldnt stay again because it spoilt the stay, esp with a special needs child. Everything you could need in the kitchen, to cook with includig foil and basic condiments.Beds very comfortable, would have liked a beach chair and bucket /spade for the couple of times we spent an hour or so on the beach, it was in the 70's, not worth hiring one. Lovely view of the beach and could see the dolphins and close to the indoor pool and hot tub.
