Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

606 Dover house was spanking clean when we checked in, with a nicely stocked supply of kitchenware, fully working appliances, and great TVs and wifi. the view of the ocean from the windows was fantastic, bar none. And of course, by renting this apartment, you get the full benefits of staying at Sea Colony with their many pools, Tennis and pickleball courts, gym and many other amenities. 5 stars!!!

As usual, the location cannot be beat. Well stocked beach locker, however, there was no room for our beach supplies.
The condo itself was decent. The kitchen was not as well stocked as some of the other condos we have visited. The condo was pretty dirty though, mold in the bathrooms, dust everywhere. We were there for two weeks and the hot water didn't seem to be working properly. We called the first Sunday we were there, almost two weeks later & still no response from Vacasa maintenance regarding the lack of hot water. Thankfully, the weather and the beach time were amazing, otherwise, we would have been disappointed.
