Overall, a nice place. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The master bedroom access to the balcony is a nice feature, enjoyed the balcony rocking chairs. WiFi worked great, good water pressure. Heads up to future guests—you’re on your own for things like coffee pods, spices, beach towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent (there was an uncapped water bottle with about a tablespoon of unknown liquid and “detergent” handwritten on it, so maybe that was supposed to be the laundry detergent?). Every other place we’ve stayed at provided those things—not sure if it’s standard or not. Just kind of a pain to have to run out and get that stuff. Thanks!

We have stayed in sea colony for years and this is by far our favorite unit! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great ocean view, comfortable interior chairs/ tables/ furniture surroundings. Generally a very good surrounding - one exception is that though advertised as wheelchair assessable that was not completely correct as both bedrooms have a deep pile carpet which very difficult to manage in a wheel chair/travel chair. If a wheelchair is not required, it is a great unit to rent.
