We really enjoyed the Sea Colony condo. The views from the unit are really nice. We liked the layout of the unit and appreciated the easy check-in. A few updates to the place needed but overall very nice!

Loved staying here, very nicely decorated! Perfect ocean view! Carpet is very worn and stained in bedrooms and needs to be replaced. Also, Vacasa is not consistent with the basic supplies they provide, and there were no extra paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. They really need to improve this, considering the rental cost and housekeeping fees.

Great view and good community. Updated enough for our liking. Needs to be cleaned better and need to invest in a tankless water heater. Water went cold after 1-2 minutes and took 25-30 minutes to refill. When contacting Vacasa they sent housekeeping who blew us off and never investigated the issue.
