We absolutely loved this apartment. We really appreciated the updates, and we loved making this our home for the week. Worked great for our 3 adults and 1 toddler. We have been staying at Sea Colony for over 30 years and would recommend to any one.

Easy access to the beach and the Sea Colony amenities. Comfortable and well-appointed. The owner has included all of the necessary kitchen utensils and devices one would want, and even beach chairs for the convenience of guests. Beach view on a protected deck. We ate every meal outside. Relaxing.

The beach access and view were great.
Minimal items were supplied so it was a disappointing start to the trip after traveling there. It also took over two hours of texting to get confirmation that additional supplies would be provided. I recommend bringing...
Extra toilet paper, paper towels, tissues and napkins

First the good. Security staff were helpful and very kind.
Bedrooms were nice size.
Closet with games was nice.
Plenty of white shower towels.
View of the ocean was beautiful for sunrise.
The company was prompt in texting back to answer my questions.
Well maintained private beach.
Nice walk to the heart of downtown. Shop owners were all amazing. Go have crapes for sure!

Living room was tiny, seats 4.
I have never stayed at a VRBO that provided so little in terms of everyday essentials for the kitchen.
The listing states there were bikes for rent, when we called they stated our particular rental did not have the option to rent bikes.
You have to check in off site and the staff were not all that helpful when asking for local recommendations. They told us which building we were in but not how to find specific unit so if you arrive at night be sure ask how to find unit. Advertised as multiple pools and hot tubs. Most not open while we were there or some were offsite.
Wash machine had an oder. No soap provided for dishwasher or wash machine. I was not sure if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean or dirty. Kitchen is small if you plan to cook. There were no games on the beach (corn hole etc) which was in the listing. No beach towels in unit so pack your own if you have room.
