probably one of the best properties we've stayed at. The proximity to the ocean was highly convenient and the view was just unbelievable. The property was very spacious; we had 6 adults and one child (high school age).Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Sea Colony condo in Bethany Beach! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and even more spacious than we expected. It had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and relaxing.The host was fantastic to work with and communicated with us every step of the way. Anytime we had a question, she responded quickly and was incredibly helpful, which made the entire experience stress-free.Overall, we had an amazing week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We made so many great memories and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Bethany Beach. We hope to return again in the future!

Overall, we had a wonderful beach vacation thanks to the beautiful ocean view, excellent location, and the responsive owner, who was always quick to answer questions. The dedicated parking spot, beach locker, and use of the beach chairs were also very convenient. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the rocking chairs.Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. It was not clean when we arrived. There was dirt and sand on the floors, food under the dining table, a sticky table, dirty carpet leading into the primary bedroom, and hair and debris in the shower corners. There was no vacuum to help manage the sand during our stay.The photos made the condo appear much more recently renovated than it actually is. The kitchen was also poorly stocked and disorganized, with burned pots and pans, only one sharp knife, no food storage containers, and glasses/random dishes scattered throughout multiple cabinets. The coffee maker was missing its pot, the promised K-Cups were not provided, and the Keurig still had old water in it.While we truly enjoyed our stay because of the location and view, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance for the price. With a deep cleaning and better attention to detail, this condo could be an excellent rental
