Spectacular view--loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves. The information and arrival processes were a little scattered, but owner was responsive with emails. And I would suggest having an electronic door lock, rather than a physical key that needed to be mailed, and physically shared among guests.

This is a beautifully appointed condo, overlooking the ocean and the pool (one of 12 on the property). It is ideally located - Bethany Beach is at almost the exact midpoint between Rehoboth and Ocean City. Beaches, boardwalks, outlets, nature preserves, restaurants, and shops . . . nothing is more than 20 minutes away. Sea Colony is a wonderful community, and this condo is probably one of the nicest at Sea Colony.
