Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and numerous activities. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building. The unit is in a nice location - close to Sea Colony amenities and beach, walking distance to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, and a gorgeous view. Overall very clean and spacious. We got used to the stairs (no elevator) and enjoyed being on the quiet end of Sea Colony. Just a few quirks about the condo, like the inconvenient dishwasher and light switch placements.

THE OCEAN VIEW! We have spent the last twelve summer vacations at Sea Colony. The convenience of this unit, and the other Annapolis Garden Condo's to the number one pool, and the beach, and the view has us returning year after year. Sea Colony is a well run and maintained complex. We will return next year.

Love the location but there are always things broken that never get fixed. Finally finally replaced AC after suffering the entire week last season.
