We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed as well as other things we need not use. They had bowls, plates, silverware, a pitcher, utensils, frying pan, and others! The refrigerator is big and there is a built in ice maker in the freezer! The washer and dryer worked great! The beds were comfortable! The rooms were stocked with towels and extra linen for the sofa bed! We certainly had enough for the 5 of us. The balcony was great with amazing views! There is enough seating for everyone and lots of closet space! We were very pleased staying here and we would certainly rent again! Just a note - The assigned parking spot is a parallel parking spot. We didnt realize this until we got there and were surprised, but you get the hang of it quickly!

I will never rent anything associated with Vacasa. No hot water for close to 48 hours, no communication of any issues from property management or vacasa. Only refunded 50% of days impacted. Also asked for resort fees to be reimbursed, never heard back from the guy. Couldn’t use any of the amenities such as gym or pool. The clear lack of communication between the management and vacasa is quite embarrassing. We will be staying elsewhere moving forward. Weren’t offered any water. Spoke with an owner who shared the same sentiment
