Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This unit is very well appointed - the furniture and decorations are lovely and cohesive. The view is amazing! The unit is close to the elevator and the parking lot, which is really helpful when bringing up your belongings and groceries. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen cabinets aren't crazy full of stuff, so there's room to put away your own items so you don't have to have everything sitting out. The sitting benches at the front door are a great place to take off your shoes from the beach and keep your bag or purse. This was a great unit!

Let's go to the positives first and say that the view is outrageous! 80" big screen in living room was great. Laundry room a big win. The home is comfortable and certainly worked for my family of 7 (four adults and three kids)....however...it's the small stuff (at just about $1000 a day) that bothered us. Shower and shower door in master was horrible...front door locks and screen door were horrible...linens were like gauze...conflicting info for internet....the theater like living room couch didn't function...the owner or rental company should have a list of how to's (like every other rental I have been in)...while there was a reserved parking spot the number did not tie into the rental unit...it's the small stuff! None of these are deal breakers but when you are getting $7k+ for the week make sure that you have covered all of the bases.

The place was spotless, the kitchen was packed with lots of silverware, beautiful dinnerware and pots/pans. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was as well. Loved the Murphy bed in the kids room!
If I would recommend any changes to this unit it would be to cover the white dining chairs with something a little easier to keep clean. Overall, our stay was just wonderful!

We loved the view and the remodel is very nice. However, we lost 24 hours due to not being cleaned - dirty sheets (hair and obvious sock fuzz), comforter with brown spots, rolled up blankets shoved in closets and general obvious cleaning issues really made the trip off to a bad start. Dirty silverware too! The entire drawer was gross. And we had to empty the prior guests dishes. They have enough cereal bowls for an army, but no mixing bowls. No drawers in the front bedroom. Awesome Speed Queen washing machine.
