The view was amazing! The pools within reach. Remembering to always wear a tag was tough especially with children. Parking was tough! We had to pay to park two cars off site. If you like high rise living. Great place for families. Ocean front amazing!

This condo was a perfect location! The ocean front view is absolutely stunning and sea colony was a great place to stay. The beach is private and very short walk from the building. The condo was very nice open concept. The third bedroom is meant for sleeping only with very little room, only complaint is that there is no vent and the room gets very hot at night if the door isn’t open. There needs to be a fan in there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!

The 2BR portion is great, but using a converted closet as a 3rd bedroom is misleading, and I consider it overpriced as such. The “3rd BR” is barely suitable for very young children.
