About this apartment rental
Oceanfront condo with fantastic beach views from both the living room and master bedroom on the 6th floor of The Georgetowne House. The living room wall facing the ocean is all glass. Both an outdoor pool and the beach are within a few feet of stepping out of the building. The unit has four tvs, DVDs, VCR, stero and each of the sleeping areas have ceiling fans. Wireless internet access is included with our unit. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ice maker, blender, dishwasher and glasses and dishes for 16. Well stocked with pots and pans as well as having both a washer and dryer in the unit and ceiling fans in four of the rooms. We are an end unit which means we are a few hundred square feet larger than other ocean front condos at Sea Colony and there aren't any walkways outside the bedroom windows; which gives you more privacy. The Master Bedroom is a king, the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin and third bedroom is a queen sleep sofa. We have gone keyless, you don't have to pick up keys or grab a key if someone wants to head back from the beach. A door code is emailed to you and the code is changed for each rental and is automatically deactivated when that week ends. Beach chairs and umbrellas are left in the unit for your use.

We had a wonderful 10 days. After being cancelled 5 days before our scheduled trip by a relator, VRBO and the host did everything they could to make our trip. We thank everyone very much for all the help.

The location was awesome. We loved that it was an end unit with more privacy. The reserved parking spot in the front row of the parking lot next to a tree for shade was in a great location rather than in a tricky spot under the condo building. The unit itself reflects its rental price when compared to other units in the same building. The keyless entry was very convenient allowing anyone in the family to enter the unit without having to keep track of physical keys or be limited to two keys. The unit does need a couple upgrades, which would definitely enhance someone’s stay. I also suggest including a linen rental. Packing sheets for four beds plus towels for a family of five was very cumbersome and inconvenient. The upcharge would definitely be worth it in my opinion. The owners were great at communicating - very prompt and thorough in their replies. Their comprehensive list of recommendations of local eateries was much appreciated and spot on.

We really enjoyed the ocean view and all the amenities available to us during our stay. The property itself was very nice, with a few rough edges like overstuffed closets and kitchen cabinets, that in reality wouldn't bother most people. Considering the age of the complex, it's in great shape, and I would definitely come back to Sea Colony.

Overall not a bad place, but could use a renovation on the kitchen and the bathrooms to bring up to modern srandards. Also we could not use 2 of the TVs because the remotes were missi g. The owner didnt offer a solution to this problem.
