Nice view and lots of amenities. Close to things.

I have a dust allergy and it was very dusty in master BR on floor behind nightstand and under the bed. Place is nice but old and in need of many updates. Also master bedroom screen ripped so couldn’t open that window. Need darker curtains. Morning sun is a killer!
