This 5th floor condo is near the point of the Farragut House, provides stunning ocean views and is just high enough to give your family privacy during your vacation. You can take the elevator or stairs to get to the private beach (that has multiple lifeguards).
3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests:
* Master suite with king bed, flatscreen TV, private bath and sleep to sounds of the ocean waves!
* Bedroom #2 has king bed and flatscreen TV.
* Bedroom #3 is a great kids room with 3 custom beds (Double/Single bunk and Single XL bed), charging station and flatscreen TV.
* Bedding provided for all beds
2 Baths:
* Master bath, large vanity, quartz top, walk-in shower w/corner seat, glass doors and rainfall shower head.
* Guest bath has quartz top, tub, glass sliding doors and rainfall shower head
Kitchen is a custom/spacious design, custom cabinets with soft touch drawers and doors, premium granite counters, stainless appliances, island seating, pantry and stocked with everything you need on vacation.
Dining room has custom bench/table that seats 8 and also a butler bar with premium granite and charging station.
Family room has sectional, custom console stocked with board games and 72" flatscreen TV, relax while overlooking the ocean!
Laundry center with full-sized washer and dryer.
Premium large plank hardwood throughout, with tile in baths.
Balcony has table and chairs.
Private and locked storage locker for all your beach chairs, umbrella and toys. If you don’t want to bring beach chairs or umbrella, you can rent them for the week and have them set up for you daily by the beach staff.

You are mostly paying for the view and location, which are both excellent. Short drive to the boardwalk and short walk to the private beach, which is lovely. Unfortunately, we arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and most of the dishes in the cabinets were also not clean. We were also frustrated to pay full price for the mandatory recreation passes when only one of the outdoor pools appeared to be open and Sea Colony was clearly in the process of preparing for the off-season. The passes were also 55 per person instead of the advertised 45. Informational welcome guide from host should be updated. In all fairness, we left with a bad taste in our mouth as the fire alarms seemed to have malfunctioned 2am on our last night and the whole building had to evacuate and stand in the parking lot for an hour and a half. Obviously, not the hosts fault, but also not ideal with small children. All-in-all we had a lovely trip with friends, but felt we overpaid for the stay.
