Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this resort retreat's single-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 flat-screen TV's, DVD, Wifi.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Easy to access without the elevator. Clean and decently equipped. My family of four had plenty of personal space with large areas to gather for games and social meals. Would seriously consider renting this unit again.

Loved sea colony but you can definitely tell which condos are home owners with Vrbo. The other 2 units were much cleaner and updated
