Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2024-2025 Weekly guest badge fee schedule (ages 4+ to use the resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, gym facilities, beach area) This is payable to the resort directly on your arrival at the Beach Shoppe where you pickup your parking tag.

Great set up beautiful ocean view. Host went over and above to communicate. The place was so nice. We were able to enjoy a nor’easter during our stay.

While the owner was responsive, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The linens rented through the owner’s cleaning company were unacceptable — towels were thin and sheets had stains, requiring us to wash them before we could even use them. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done, and I believe a refund would have been appropriate.While this seems silly, we also expected a crockpot, which the owner confirmed had always been there, but after a few texts, she never offered to supply one. We ended up buying one just to prepare the meals we had planned.On top of that, the owner sent a message during our stay telling us to bring in all of the patio furniture because the resort was refinishing the patios. (This was a first floor- walk-out unit.) This meant hauling four tall patio chairs inside and trying to make space for them in an already small condo — all while managing an infant and everything that comes with traveling with a baby. The owner claimed she had just learned of this, but given how organized the resort appeared, it seems likely she was aware beforehand. If that was the case, she should have informed us at the time of booking and adjusted the rental cost accordingly.We have rented another property from this same owner without any issues, and I do believe she wants her guests to have a good experience. Would I rent from the owner again? Yes.

Well-maintained, beautifully designed unit. Really enjoyed staying here -- easy access to the beaches and pools from this first-floor unit was a real plus.

The property itself was fine. We were well acquainted with Sea Colony having stayed at Sea Colony rentals in the past and owning a property in Ocean View nearby. I had hoped to just spend some hours on the beach with my elderly parents and disabled brother.
Sea Colony agents explained to me that the owner could have contacted them and explained the situation, so I would have not had to purchase 3 badges. They said it was the responsibility of the owner to do this. Further, the unit was having work done outside and so the accessibility I needed so much was void because I could not drop off my disabled brother at the front entrance of the property. I would think the owner had this knowledge. The instructions for taking out the trash prior to leaving, stripping beds and running dishwasher were something I had only experienced at one previous vrbo. And, again, I ask - why the cleaning fee if the renters are supposed to do all that? There weren't even hand towels in the bathrooms which everyone felt was truly strange! We ended up staying only a few hours for one day. Truthfully the weather wasn't great, which was no one's fault. I just regret that I rented the unit as there was no give in fees even when I explained we just needed very limited use.
