Walking distance to OB's Newport Avenue, where you will find amazing cafes, breweries, and restaurants, as well as one of San Diego's best beaches and the longest concrete pier on the West Coast. Just 4 miles to San Diego Airport. This spacious studio cottage is located in a laid back neighborhood which immerses you in the true OB vibe.
I am so excited to be able to offer this brand new listing to you! Will be redecorated soon! Absolutely perfect for the fun, outgoing traveler that wants the ease of being able to wander and walk everywhere! Several of the studio cottages in the complex has been converted into cozy, clean and comfortable vacation rentals near the beach. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee per night.

What an excellent place to stay in Ocean Beach, California! Very clean. Has a kitchen with a range, refrigerator, lots of amenities like dishes, coffee maker, coffee supplied, all bedding, towels, and is close to the beach. Contact with the owner is fantastic if you have any questions. We are very satisfied with our stay there. Plan on going there again next year for another vacation. Highly recommend for anyone who plans on going to Ocean Beach for a vacation. Check-in was very easy. You are given a key code by email before checking in. Very nice VRBO!

Although there were plenty of restaurants ad bars within walking distance there we like to cook in one or two nights and had brought food to cook with but found there were no baking dishes. Ocean Beach was amazing The people were friendly, the beach was in walking distance. We had a great stay and would stay again.
