Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new brewpubs, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.
There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).
