Classic California beach cottage 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in Ocean Beach. The cottage is in excellent condition. It is near dog beach. Two rooms and a bathroom. Includes a designated parking space. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. The living room couch in front room makes into a second full sized bed bed. Includes full kitchen, refrigerator, internet and television. This property is completely fenced and is one of four cottages in a private setting. Ocean Beach is just north of downtown San Diego. The area incudes many fine restaurants, surf shops and beach wear clothing shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a designated parking spot, which made it very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked so we easily made breakfast every morning. The host was responsive to our messages. Location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach.

Location can’t be beat, walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Minimal accessories in the kitchen and bathroom (bring your own shampoo/cond and cookware if you’ll be doing a lot of cooking). The whole place needs a deep cleaning and the shower curtain needs to be tossed immediately. Spare towels were unusable (badly stained). The kitchen was nice but the whole cottage could use a refresh, but the price probably reflects that.
