The large, comfortable and tastefully decorated holiday home 'Casa Pedum' has approximately 100sqm of living space.
The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building, which consists of only 4 units.
The house is situated in a central but quiet location in Magognino, only 4 km away from the famous resort of Stresa.
The apartment is accessed via a staircase on the 2nd floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with all mod cons and dining table for 6 people, a cozy living room with fireplace and access to a covered terrace from which an impressive panoramic view of the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains is to enjoy.
The terrace offers even in bad weather, the possibility to eat outside and enjoy the view!
In the panoramic views of the mountains you can see the top of the mountain 'Pedum' (about 2100m) after the apartment is named!
There is a wireless - Internet access FREE OF CHARGE!
Thanks to a recent renovation, everything is well maintained.
The rooms are bright, modern and comfortable.
All rooms offer a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, the calm village of Magognino, or the surrounding nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with American refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils.
Sufficient public and free parking are just a few meters away from 'Casa Pedum' located in the immediate vicinity.
A private garden area in the house with barbecue completes the offer.
Numerous hiking trails lead from the holiday home in the surrounding nature and all attractions of the lake are within a short distance.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome.
The kitchen is well equipped and clean.
It was also very handy to park outside.
The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat.
It was extremely hot when we stayed (35C during they day, and 30C at night) and there were two fans provided which were very welcome. It would be even better if there were three (ie one per room). Also there are several flights of stairs to get to the front door - this was no problem for us but should be considered if you have mobility issues.
The village is very small and is a short drive from the local shops and from Stresa.
Overall we would recommend this as a place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore

We reccomend this nice and clean appartment to everyone who would like to have a holiday at the Lago Maggiore. We enjoyed the complete house with the nice surrounding.

What a great holiday apartment with stunning views from the balcony just like the photos show.Set in the heart of the village the accommodation is clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine). The bedrooms were all a good size with comfy beds and nice linen.The lounge area had good seating and doors out onto the balcony, It was great to have good Wi-Fi for our teenage children and for us to book tickets and day trips etc. We found getting to the village easy and as Alexandria, the lovely host, met us in the village square, we were at the property in no time ,being shown around,and she made sure we were happy with everything, which we were.
We had a fabulous holiday here as there is so much to see and do.
A car is a must in this area.
