BeachCrest 805 is a magnificent 8th-floor condo where you’ll love stepping out onto the balcony every chance you get to take in the Florida sunshine and Gulf views. The unit features a fresh look with newly updated furniture throughout, creating a comfortable and refreshed coastal feel. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The condo is very nice. Management is quick to address any issues. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the bed in the Master bedroom. It is FIRM and I am talking firm like plywood. I could not sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on one of the twin beds. Some people may prefer it but, it didn’t work for me.

Good overall. The bathrooms need to have the new chair height toilets. The smaller bathroom needs shelving to place personal pills and other items for personal grooming. The bathroom showers also need grab bars for older visitors

It was okay. Bathrooms were a bit small and need better lighting. Mattresses need an upgrade. Kitchen and living room were good. Great A/C! It was clean but not spotless. It’s an older property so we knew that going in.
