The sofa in the living pulls out to a queen bed (with gel topper!) to sleep 2 more guests.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The condo is updated and in a good location (walking distance to Cafe 30-A) and about 1.5 miles from the Seaside shops and restaurants. You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.
