At 803 there is plenty of room to entertain with dining for 6 at the table, 2 at the kitchen counter peninsula and additional seating on the balcony. Soak up the sun and the salt air on your balcony. The view is outstanding! We know you'll be spending your time out here, when you're not at the beach of course.
Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
Sleeper sofa in living area pulls out to a queen bed.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The location of this unit is perfect, right on the beach. There were a few things in the condo that needed attention, broken toilet paper holder, towel rack, broken in master bath, no drapes in the guest room, which did not provide any privacy for anyone sleeping in there.If you are flying in be prepared, limited items for your stay, the condo is not equipped beach towels, beach chairs, small items like coffee filters that you don’t wanna have to purchase and leave behind.Property management was excellent to deal with any of your needs, response quickly and efficiently, we needed an iron and iron board, and it was delivered same day.

We went right at a hurricane time and only stayed 2 days before we had to leave. So really we don’t feel like we can leave a true review this time. It was nice when we got there and even had some updates but other than that we missed the other 5 days.
