Welcome to 11th floor Gulf-front views at BeachCrest 1102. This 2-bedroom unit is the perfect choice for your next 30A trip - a great spot for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. You're greeted with brilliant emerald water views from the second you walk in - and you'll enjoy an unobstructed view from your private balcony.
The crisp white modern kitchen opens to the main dining and living areas for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you create some great food (and even better vacation memories!). There's room for 2 at the peninsula and 6 at the dining table.
Both bedrooms are outfitted with TVs and all 3 TVs in the unit have DVD players. You'll enjoy cable channels in the main living area and master bedroom. Your rainy day entertainment is covered! However, even a rainy day on the beach is better than a day away from the sugar white sands.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

This place was easily a 3 star experience for us. The location and views were amazing. The private beach access and chair set up was SO nice! We also enjoyed hanging by the pool!
The condo unit itself could have used a real deep cleaning before our arrival. At first glance everything looked nice. However, with having two little toddlers, we were needing to move furniture here and there, and found old food more than we expected. It was gross. There were old chips, bottle caps, and even a hash brown under the moved furniture, along with dust. I think overall the unit needs updates, simple ones to start. Most of the door stoppers were completely rusted and bent. More than half of the outlets didn’t work, and were oddly broken in to the point no plugs would even stay in. The lint catch on the dryer fell on my head when I opened it from being rusted out it looked like.
Overall, our visit was good. We love the area so kept busy outside of the condo when we could!
