The king bedroom includes balcony access and a private bathroom with large shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and easy access to the updated hallway bath with tub/shower combination. Need to sleep more? The sofa pulls out to a queen bed.
All of your entertainment needs are covered. There's cable TV with TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room features a Blu-Ray player and both bedrooms have DVD players. Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Love the private beach. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Great place w easy access to PC and Destin being each about 50 minutes away! Grayson state park is a hidden gem!

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Not our first time in this building, but our first time in this condo. Benchmark was easy to work with when issues arose. Pictures are accurate. We requested mattress topper for the master bed that made our stay much more enjoyable.

The master shower ceiling has mold my husband wouldn't let us shower in there. Oven light out, over stove light out, bed mattress is not good, old clocks and phones sitting around, both screens hard to open, several curtain pieces broken hard to open, condo didn't feel clean. AC worked, plenty of towels
