You can't beat the amazing view from the balcony of this 9th floor condo at BeachCrest! You can spend hours watching the dolphins, manatees, sting rays, all kinds of sea life. The sounds and sights of the Gulf will soothe your soul and the proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment is icing on the cake.
The main open concept area makes vacation easy. You can cook in the kitchen (enjoying the views) while family gathers and relaxes in front of the large cable TV. Amenities at BeachCrest include a seasonally heated pool and free beach chair setup. BeachCrest 902 accommodates up 6 guests and is a great choice for your 30A vacation!
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV (and cable hook up), balcony access. Private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV, DVD player. Easy access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This unit was very clean with nice furniture and amenities, especially like the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in the fall . We have stayed at Beachcrest for many years and hope to do so for many more. The only problem we had was with the tv. We couldn’t figure out how to use it and an instruction booklet would be helpful. The property is convenient to many things and our grandson especially likes the donut shop!

This is our 2nd time staying in 902 and it is a great condo, we have enjoyed it both times that we have stayed. The unfortunate part is that staying in this area is more than double what it was just 3 or 4 years ago, so we will likely have to start looking for another location in the coming years.
