Gather around the spacious dining table with seating for 6, creating a wonderful setting for shared meals and memorable moments. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, and there's additional seating on the balcony for soaking in the breathtaking views. A washer and dryer is in this condo, so you can pack light!
The King bedroom is a serene retreat with Gulf views and balcony access. It includes a private bathroom with a double vanity, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. The second bedroom is perfect for the younger guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect views and beach access. It is a small condo but the space is maximized well. I appreciated how easy parking was and that it was just steps to the pool and beach. Benchmark contacted me prior to check in to answer any questions. It was great to be able to text with questions at anytime. If you are looking for views and steps to the sand this unit is perfect. I look forward to staying here again.
