Everyone will fall in love with this breathtakingly renovated Gulf Front 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condominium.
This 2025 renovation was a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the electrical outlets to brand-new appliances and a completely redesigned kitchen. This second-floor unit offers AMAZING panoramic views of the Gulf and private beach access.
BeachCrest 204 is perfectly located directly on the sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between the charming town of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach.
The sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf are accessible through the private boardwalk. Be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo!
You don’t even need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Our beach service will conveniently set up two spacious lounge chairs and an umbrella for you right on the sand! (This service is available from March to October 31st.) The beach is conveniently located just outside your door, eliminating the need to cross streets or undertake long walks.
A beach service is also available to rent kayaks and paddle boards next to the beach access and bike rentals are available across the street.
Relax on the beach which is literally steps away, or spend the afternoon lounging by the large Gulf Front heated pool (Nov – May). There is also a grilling and picnic area. Other amenities include free wireless internet access, gated beach access, elevators, luggage carts, and off street parking.
Exceptional restaurants and shoppes are within walking distance including Cafe 30A, The Perfect Pig, Old Florida Fish House, and Surfing Deer, offering a variety of dining experiences just minutes away.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coffee and end the day with a cold beverage while watching the breathtaking sunsets from the newly added Polywood balcony furniture, including a dining set and two Adirondack chairs.
After a fun and exciting day at the beach, you can relax in the condo which features 3 smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and any other TV apps can be accessed). The kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal of any size including a Keurig coffee maker.
The Gulf Front master king bedroom has a private balcony and an en-suite private bath with a marble walk in shower and a two-sink vanity.
The guest bedroom also has a king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom.
The Gulf Front living/dining room opens up to the kitchen and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a new washer and dryer and sleeps 6.
If you enjoy bike riding, running and/or walking this condo is located on the famed 30A which has a 19-mile asphalt running and biking path! Park your car and never have to use it during your entire stay! Located very close "within biking distance" is Grayton Beach State Park, many coastal dune lakes, and 100's of miles of biking paths through the state parks surrounding the area.

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property in Seagrove Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy sun and sand.The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made for a very welcoming start to our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus for our family as we enjoy preparing meals together.Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning for another stay!

While we love the area, this particular unit was in need of some repairs and updates. The bathroom door rubs the tile floor and makes it very hard to open or close. The toilets in this unit are very small and low to the ground. They seem like potty training size? The mattresses both seemed new, but super hard and very uncomfortable. The main bed frame was loose or broken and was not very stable. Lastly getting a good spot on the beach has become insane recently. You used to be able to head down around 8-9am and find a set of chairs and umbrella to claim for the day. During our week we saw huge camps setup way before the chairs and umbrellas were setup. People had to have shown up at 6am to stake their claims on the beach, which relegated us to a second row setup daily. These camps were so tightly packed you had to walk a long way around them to actually get to the water. Neighboring properties ban these types of tents and canopies.
